Jane Walch
Principal Clinical Psychologist has over 15 years’ experience across public and private healthcare. With a background in social work and youth work, she brings a deep understanding of the complexities facing children, young people, and families.
Jane uses a range of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, play-based therapies, and mindfulness.
She has a particular passion for working with neurodivergent young people, using a strengths-based approach to help clients feel understood, valued, and empowered.
Jane works collaboratively with families and schools to provide consistent, holistic support, with a focus on helping young people better understand themselves, build coping strategies, and develop confidence.
